The primary goal of our business
is sourcing reliable hospitality staff, there by
providing employers a comprehensive database from
which to select the most suitable staff to fill
any vacant positions. This database will consist
of staff drawn from almost all facets of the hospitality
industry, such as - Front Office, Administration,
Housekeeping, Kitchen, Food & Beverage, Catering
and Concierge (for a full list, please visit the

Staff who
submit their resumes range from : |
| |
- people who are currently employed
in the hospitality industry and are looking take
their career to the next step or are perhaps looking
for a similar yet more challenging role |

-people who have no experience in
hospitality but want to start a new career in the
industry |
| |
-people who are already employed
but are looking for casual work (a facility will
be provided for them to update their rostered days
off on a daily basis). |

How it all
works: |

When an employer has a position vacant,
the cover sheet is filled in, then that profile
is matched with the profile that the employees fill
in at the time they post their resumes. All resumes
are posted and are reviewed before given the green
light to go live on our sight. |

The employer then goes through those
matched profiles and chooses the ones they deem
satisfy their criteria. |

The most important aspect of our
business is that we stand by our motto “staff without
